Decorean wins £20m Aylesbury residential contract

News

Decorean has begun planning the £20m residential redevelopment of Alton Mews, Aylesbury.

The development will bring 72 one and two bedroom flats to the area, each with parking and finished to the highest specification, underlining Decorean’s ‘dedication to perfection’. They feature wood flooring throughout, fully fitted contemporary kitchens, chrome fittings, LED lights and oversized windows to take in the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The properties, priced at approximately £270k, will be on sale autumn/winter 2017.

In 2016, property prices in Aylesbury rose more than any other UK town, according to research from Plentific, and this deal reaffirms the ever-increasing demand and attraction the city holds.

Shraga Stern, Director, Decorean, said: “These apartments are in an extremely attractive location at an affordable level. The location, being less than an hour away by train from London, make it a desirable commuter location, offering spectacular views – something you’ll struggle to get in London!”
