Decorean completes £6.5m office to residential development in East Grinstead

Decorean, one of the fastest growing construction companies in and around London have completed the £6.5m office-to-residential development of Sussex House, East Grinstead. 21 out of the 27 one and two bedroom apartments have been sold for a price between £250K and £300K, in line with Decorean’s aim to build affordable, high quality homes. The flats include over-sized windows, spacious living areas and wood-flooring throughout.

Decorean have continued its commitment to its sustainability pledge with 100% of the waste being recycled to help the environment.
